Promotion for Master Whitley

Master Whitley has recently been promoted to 8th Dan in Almeria, Spain, whilst attending the senior instructors annual AGM and training course. He had served the set time as a 7th Dan and achieved the BUTF criteria set out by Grandmaster Choy.
